Could we go back there baby? We went on the greatest trips together!!

I spread some of your ashes on the beach in Florida. I was walking along the sand thinking about how I really wished I would find a sand dollar for my Mom. As soon as the thought came into my head a wave crashed over and dropped a perfect sand dollar right on my foot. Then I walked down the beach and sat down by myself to think. Just then a little boat came up and anchored about 30 yards off shore. Other than the water there was complete silence. The people jumped into the water for a quick swim and all of a sudden "Better Together" by Jack Johnson came on. Our song baby! As it played I wandered out into the surf to get closer to the sound and when the song was done the music ended, complete silence again, and the people got back in their boat and drove away.

It felt like a dream... You felt like a dream. I'll always love you baby!!!

The night the guys went fishing and you stayed back to "tee hee" with us was HILARIOUS!!! Come on, what other guy would stop on his way to pick up a bunch of women from the bar and buy the game Twister just to get a laugh? You must have said "Is this a dream sequence?" a hundred times since then. This picture just about says is all... Help Me!!

How many times can I say how funny you were? And how much I miss you? And how sad I am that I'll never get to see you again? I love you so much baby!!!

I miss you Daddy! I've been fishing almost every day. When Mama's gone she lets me sit in the Jeep in the garage. I sit with her on the couch when she's sad even though the vet said I really shouldn't be up on the furniture. Every once in a while your cell phone still rings and I look for you. I love you and want you to know that I'm being a good boy!

When I was growing up, I was so proud to tell each art teacher that I had, that my “Big Brother Jeff” was an artist. Every art class I think of him and painting on his bedroom walls so many years ago… I hold many memories in a tee-shirt, a bracelet, and a frame. Thanks for all the long talks and guidance. Lots of love from your little sister. I miss you always.

There are so many great memories, one of my favorite was when we were playing cards before going on a trip to Cancun. I put a little box on the middle of the table and said whoever goes out first has to wear whatever's in this box on the beach, and nothing more! Jeff won that honor and was horrified to pull out the little black Speedo. It took him three days to get up the courage to put it on and strut down to the beach. By then he had quite the tan line going making the whole thing even funnier. I love you baby! You were such a good sport; I can still hear you laughing now.
